Flash Sale Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply when purchasing a service in the flash sale:

1. Voucher can not be used for any bookings made prior to 31/08/2020

2. Bookings are subject to availability. If you are buying a voucher for a specific date, please get in touch to check my availability before buying in the sale, to avoid disapointment.

3. Vouchers are valid for bookings anytime Monday-Sunday throughout 2020. If you use the voucher after 31/12/2020, the voucher can be used anytime Monday - Thusrday, and after 2pm on Fridays & Saturdays. Vouchers can't be used for a Sunday booking after 31/12/2020.

4. Travel fees will apply to any bookings 20miles outside my base (EH30)

5. The voucher can not be cancelled, refunded or swapped for another service

6. The voucher has no expiry date

7. An order number will be emailed once you have purchased your voucher. This order number is used as your voucher and must be shown when redeeming the service

8. LVL lash treatment is carried out at my home in EH30 area (or at your home with my discretion) and a patch test must be done 48 hours before treatment.

Voucher refund policy

Vouchers can not be cancelled or refunded.
If you have a specific date in mind please check availability before buying.
